ALLIA, specialist in the revamping of Energy Recovery Facilities (ERF) commissioned the steam generation unit on ASTRIA\u2019s Environment Facility operated by SUEZ on behalf of Bordeaux M\u00e9tropole in the town of B\u00e8gle situated in Bordeaux\u2019s urban area.
\nSince 1998, ASTRIA has been ensuring Bordeaux M\u00e9tropole\u2019s waste treatment and waste-to-energy conversion. The work consisted of manufacturing the connecting MP piping between the existing turbine modified extraction 1 and the 2 MP1 and MP2 drums, integrating controls prioritisation<\/strong> thus ensuring steam supply for the heating system of the city station area situated 2 kms away from the ASTRIA site.<\/h5>\n

ALLIA has been able to highlight its technical proposal abilities<\/strong> as well as its expertise in managing turnkey projects<\/strong> hence adding SUEZ to its reference list.
\nIn 6 months, ALLIA has performed:
\n\u2022 3D models using PDMS software<\/a> from data collected on site, flexibility calculations and turbine bleeding flanges stress calculations
\n\u2022 Functional analysis
\n\u2022 Sizing and purchasing valves and pipes
\n\u2022 On-site installation<\/a> during turbine shutdown
\n\u2022 Testing
\n\u2022 Commissioning
\n\u2022 Start-up<\/a><\/p>\n
