We intervene in:
- Needs assessment study
- PID development to meet performance expectations (flow rate, pressure, temperature, sterility) and the traceability of qualifying values for the installation. (TOC, conductivity, sterilisation temperature, steam titration ….)
- Definition of purchasing specifications for pipes, fittings and instrumentation. Integration of producers, softeners, osmosis units, GVP... in our projects.
- Thermal, mechanical, electrical and automatic dimensioning to achieve contractual performance parameters.
- Conducting of functional analyses/ cabling diagrams.
- Construction of 3D models to grasp the installation's ergonomics.
- Design validation via the edition of a design record.
