Optimization of DN500 district heating networks

The suction and discharge manifolds of a district heating network's feed pumps were modified to increase flow capacities. From 2D/3D design and flexibility analysis to dimensioning, manufacturing, installation and quality control, each stage was carried out with rigor and reliability.

DN500 district heating network upgrade

We optimized the DN 500 pipe delivery and suction networks of the feed pumps for a district heating network to increase flow rates and mechanical strength. From 2D/3D design and flexibility analysis to dimensioning, manufacturing, installation and non-destructive testing, every stage was carried out with precision and in compliance with CODAP standards, offering performance and safety.
