Skid-mounted process units
ALLIA designs and manufactures complete skid-mounted process units, including pressure equipment, piping, instrumentation and support structure, ready for installation on site.
Our skids are developed on the basis of customer process data (PFD / P&ID), taking into account applicable construction codes (ASME VIII, EN 13445, CODAP, DESP) as well as specific project requirements (ATEX, PED, RCC-M if applicable).
We provide :
- Mechanical sizing of equipment,
- Integration of piping and utility interfaces,
- Workshop production with NDT testing and material traceability,
- FAT pressure/functional tests,
- Preparation for transport and installation.
Our organization enables us to deliver compact, pre-tested modules, significantly reducing site downtime and interface risks.
